Self-Acknowledged Artist

I’m not talking delusions of grandeur.
I’m talking about appreciation.

If you create anything, at all, you know it’s not easy.

Getting to build anything from the ground up comes with trials, but what it doesn’t come with is inadequate ability.
If you are lucky enough to get to create, measuring by money isn’t where it ends…it’s just where the light shines.

Look yourself in the eye…with the clarity of a cornered animal.
Wild and focused.

What happens if you take the brush away from a painter?
A camera from a photographer?
The hammer from a stone mason?

In short, nothing.

The art has to find its way free.
The instrument is nothing outside of the artist’s hand.
But the artist will find a way to create with or without the instrument.

Using the brightest and most expensive version is a publicity stunt.

Style is born of necessity.
No lack of access can take that from you.
Create to create.

All heart.
All the time.
